The plumeria has shared apartments with private lockable rooms. In these units, the kitchen and bathroom are shared. Our kitchens are fully stocked with plates and kitchen appliances.
We do not include breakfast but there are several places to get breakfast in the neighborhood. In the shared units and deluxe studio, guests can cook their breakfast in the kitchen. We ask that each quest in the shared units make sure they clean up after themselves.
We clean the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) on a weekly basis. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own lockable rooms.
No! We do not have a curfew but we do enforce "quiet time" after 10pm and all non-paying quests must leave the premises by 11pm. We also ask that all guests respect their neighbors and not be excessively loud or intrusive.
